Iodine – Iodine is an essential nutrient that has been used to maintain a healthy thyroid. But it does not promote weight loss.
Kelp – A rich source of iodine and essential vitamins, this is healthy, but not weight loss promoting.
Zinc aspartate – Zinc aspartate is a part of ZMA, which has been used for its anabolic workout benefits. But each ingredient on its own is not necessarily going to be quite as effective.

Either way, Professional Health Products Metabolic Enhancer may be healthy. Who really knows. But it isn’t a fat burner, a “metabolic enhancer”, or a diet pill. Even if these were active weight loss ingredients, I doubt that amounts like 10mg, 100mcg, etc would be enough to cover any one ingredient.
