Phenterex
Phenterex is one of many over the counter Phentermine replacements, and it’s one of many with similar ingredients. But it’s the first one introduced as part of this particular brand.
Phenterex’s website say that it was developed through years of hard work to promote some pretty extreme results even claiming that Phenterex works without lifestyle changes. Obviously, that’s completely false, and it makes us think that Phenterex might not be effective at all. We already know that it’s not what it claims to be. But what really matters is the ingredients.
How Does Phenterex Work?
Dicaffeine malate – If you use at least 400mg of Dicaffeine malate, it can burn fat and increase energy at the same time. But it does not actually promote any known weight loss results.
Chocamine – Chocamine has been used as a natural and powerful antioxidant. But its weight loss benefits are relatively weak.
Irvingia Gabonensis – Irvingia Gabonensis works to burn fat, suppress appetite, and control an obesity hormone called leptin, and it only requires about 150mg. In this case, Phenterex actually uses 150mg.
Phenylethylamine – Phenylethylamine works to suppress appetite, and it has even been compared to prescription Phentermine before. But it requires more than Phenterex has.
Synephrine – Synephrine has been used to burn fat, suppress appetite, and promote other weight loss results. But it requires at least 250mg, and Phenterex only uses 20mg.
Humulus lupus – A natural mood lifter, this does not promote weight loss.
Conclusion
Phenterex has potential, and there’s a lot of ways in which I would like to see more of Phenterex. But we would definitely need to see some serious improvements.
Phenterex could take out everything but Irvingia Gabonensis, because it has the clinically proven amounts of Irvingia Gabonensis and only small amounts of everything else. But it would be better if Phenterex used larger clinically proven amounts of everything else.
