Lean-X EFX
Lean-X EFX is pretty standard. It’s a fat burner that produces thermogenic effects to ”help you lead a leaner, happier life!” Lean-X EFX focuses on all sorts of fat burning properties to “sculpt your body”, and of course, it promotes healthy energy levels.
Lean-X EFX says nothing about being stimulant free. So that’s a given. The only mystery is the exact ingredinets.
How Does Lean-X EFX Work?
1,3,7 trimethylxanthine – Caffeine is sometimes used to burn fat, if you use it right.
Cassia nomame – Used as a fat blocker, this has never actually been proven
Taraxacum – A natural cleanser, this could jump start your diet and get you off to the right start.
Green tea extract – Green tea extract is generally used to burn fat and promote certain healthy antioxidant benefits.
Bearberry – Bearberry has been known for being rich in vitamins and minerals, but not weight loss
Niacin – An essential B vitamin, this does not have any weight loss properties
Thiamine disulfide – An essential B vitamin, this does not promote weight loss
1,3 dimethylamylamine – A nasal decongestant found in cough medicines, this can cause side effects, but generally not weight loss.
Phyllanthus emblica – Mostly used as an astringent, this ingredient doesn’t actually help you to lose weight.
Bitter orange – the source of synephrine, bitter orange can help you to burn fat, suppress appetite, and increase energy at the same time.
5-hydroxytryptophan – 5-HTP is primarily used as a mood lifter
N-acetyl tyrosine – A natural amino acid, l-tyrosine works to build muscle or rather take care of and maintain muscle mass.
Ginseng – Ginseng works to burn fat and promote feelings of wellbeing at the same time.
Lean-X EFX Conclusion
Lean-X EFX may have a bunch of clinically prove weight loss ingredients (most of which are based on caffeine by the way, and you should count on side effects). But the small blends that hide the amounts that Lean-X EFX actually uses mean that Lean-X EFX is not quite as good as it looks at first.
