Took a bottle of 120 capsules. I lost 52 pounds on my own and decided to take this because I wanted to get ripped as they say. This product does no more than give you the same jittery feeling as you would drinking several cups of coffee. I don’t feel like I received any benefit from this and I don’t look any more ripped than I would have looked on my own. It’s probably cheaper to just go to IHOP or Denny’s each day and buy three cups of coffee to get the same effect. It was not at all worth it.
