Fat Smack is a weight loss supplement developed by Purus Labs that is supposed to help increase your ability to burn fat, improve your workouts and enhance your mood and cognition skills. But instead of taking Purus Labs’ word for it, we decided to put Fat Smack to the test to see if it can follow through with any of its promises.

Not only does Fat Smack have a name that suggests a violent attack on your fat stores, but they also have an ingredient list that that is packed with powerful, and even dangerous, ingredients.
One thing that Purus Labs stands by is that it formulates all of its products with as few ingredients as possible. This is good when you’re trying to decide whether a product will work or not because there are fewer ingredients to research.
However, this can be a bad thing for the consumer because it can mean that you might get too much of one ingredient. For instance, the main ingredient in this product is 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine; or more commonly referred to as caffeine.
Although caffeine is a household name because of its use in commercial beverages, it is also one of the most widely used pharmacological agents used worldwide. Simply put, caffeine’s function is to speed up all your bodily processes which will, in turn, increase the rate at which you burn calories, and thus, lose weight.
Despite the fact that caffeine has shown to be effective when used to complement other ingredients, it should not be used as the main fat burning ingredient. Large amounts of caffeine can not only cause dangerous side effects like heart palpitations, but they can also force your body to build up an immunity towards its effects.
This means that Fat Smack will no longer give you the same effects even after using it for a few days.

Even though caffeine is used in many other weight loss aids, the only way it has been proven to be consistently efficient is when it is paired with other, more constant ingredients.
