Atro-Phex is a popular weight loss supplement claiming to burn fat, actually kill fat, and otherwise give you the results you are looking for without all the hassle.  They claim it will improve weight management, metabolic rate, mental and physical energy, focus and wellbeing, removal of temporary excess water weight, and thermogenic fat burning.

History of Atro-Phex

Atro-Phex is a BSN product, and it has been around for longer than most.  It was never actually based around ephedrine though, unlike many others.  This being said, it has that going for them, and the fact that they have won several awards from Bodybuilding.com also helps their credibility.

Benefits

Unfortunately speaking, this is not a breakthrough in weight loss at all.  Yes, it has a better history than some.  But it still doesn’t have the really great ingredients, its ingredients are extremely common.  Actually, it has a lot of caffeine, and to be honest, using diuretics as they claim to use essentially speaking, is never a good idea.  The weight loss is temporary at best, and oftentimes it does more harm than good.

Possible side effects of Atro-Phex include irregular heartbeat, breathing problems, numbness or tingling, confusion, nervousness, unusual tiredness, weakness, heavy feelings in the legs, weak pulse, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, excessive thirst, muscle cramps, pain, dehydration, and mental or mood changes.

Conclusion

We would not recommend using Atro-Phex.  It may be popular, and it may seem like a great option.  But in all reality, it will only cause side effects without actually helping you to lose weight.  You would be far better off using something else, and frankly speaking, we would highly suggest that you do.
