African Mango Lean

First it was acai, then maqui, and on down the list. We have been taught to think that superfruits can also promote extreme and healthy weight loss, despite the astounding lack of scientific evidence.

However, there is at least one exception. Despite the unsubstantiated media hype on ingredients like acai, African mango, the key ingredient in African Mango Lean, has been clinically proven to promote weight loss.

Not only is African Mango a fat burner, this one ingredient has also been clinically proven to suppress appetite, increase energy without caffeine, improve heart health, and even help you to take control of hormones that can contribute to obesity. However, we like products that are a little bit more diverse, and we need to look at the whole African Mango Lean formula.

Key Ingredients in the African Mango Lean Formula

Maqui berry – Maqui berry is mostly known as a superfruit found mostly in tropical areas of Asia. This fruit is rich in healthy vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and even fibers like many other superfruits. However, outside of the numerous health benefits that we acknowledge with maqui berry, there are actually no weight loss benefits.

Acai berry – Acai berry has become extremely popular because this fruit has been featured on Oprah, MSNBC, and through a number of other popular media outlets. However, these media outlets have never actually suggested that acai berry promotes weight loss, because there are no studies that show that this fruit can promote weight loss. In fact, some studies show that blueberry for example may actually be a stronger antioxidant.

Resveratrol – Resveratrol is one of the more popular antioxidants, derived from grapes and red wine. This ingredient has been clinically proven in the past to eliminate free radicals and promote better heart health. However, more recent studies suggest that the body cannot properly absorb resveratrol, which would mean that you would not actually get any of the purported benefits.

Caffeine anhydrous – A natural and popular fat burner, caffeine anhydrous has been used in the past to promote thermogenic fat burning benefits. In fact, caffeine is the base of most popular fat burners. However, this ingredient can still cause potential side effects.

Apple cider vinegar – Apple cider vinegar is one of a select few natural detoxifiers that has never been used as a diuretic or laxative. This ingredient can cleanse the body without many side effects commonly associated with other cleansing ingredients.

Green tea extract – Green tea extract has been used in the past to promote fat burning, and this Chinese supplement has easily become one of the most popular fat burners today. Green tea is best known for both fat burning and healthy antioxidant benefits because of the EGCG.

Is the African Mango Lean Formula Strong Enough to Promote Healthy Weight Loss?

African Mango Lean uses plenty of clinically proven weight loss ingredients. Technically, most of the ingredients are superfruits meant to improve health with essential vitamins, fiber, and healthy antioxidants. However, African Mango Lean has plenty of fat burners such as African mango, green tea, and caffeine anhydrous.

Our problem is with the fact that this particular formula might not have the clinically proven amounts. We know, African mango should be easy. That particular ingredient only requires 150mg. However, unless we know for sure, we can only assume that this formula may or may not have the clinically proven doses of all ingredients included.

It is more likely that African Mango Lean doesn’t have the clinically proven doses, even of African mango. Unfortunately, even if this is true of all of the African Mango Lean blend, the caffeine and green tea can still cause potential side effects.
