3 Hour Diet
The 3 Hour Diet is a diet plan created by celebrity trainer Jorge Cruise, who was supposedly fat once upon a time. The idea is that you eat every 3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You get 3 main meals, 2 snacks, and 1 “treat.”
You are given food lists, recipes, etc. to help you to make informed decisions. But we’re not entirely sure that it gives you a lot of information, at least not as much information as you would expect from an expensive celebrity trainer option.
But then again, Jorge Cruise is known for his 8 minute workouts and other things that are guaranteed not to work. But let’s break it down into the basics and then you can decide for yourself:
About 3 Hour Diet
Cost Vs. Effectiveness – If you break it down, $65 for 3 months is a pretty cheap price for pills. But then again, you’re not getting pills. It should be a book that you pay for once.
Length of Diet – The diet generally lasts for 28 days. But to really lose weight, you have to make a lifestyle change.
Ease of Use – the 3 Hour Diet is not particularly stringent, and if you remember all the foods you can eat or even a few, you could ideally go out to restaurants. But sometimes, it’s better to be a little bit more structured.
Alcohol and Fast Food – Unfortunately, you should probably stay away from fast food. But alcohol is allowed in limited amounts.
Vegetarian Friendly – Because the 3 Hour Diet does provide food options, you could ideally make a vegetarian friendly diet plan.
Conclusion
It seems like the 3 Hour Diet tries to make it so simple anybody could follow it. But that does not mean everybody will succeed. There have been cases of people gaining weight, and the “7 day free trial offer” makes it questionable. It’s always better to have reputable marketing.
